Product information
We aim to present product names, dimensions, colours, materials, included components and pricing accurately. Images are for presentation and may differ slightly from the delivered product because lighting, screen settings and material batches vary.
Materials and production
Laven luminaires are manufactured using PLA and PETG. These materials are selected for sculptural form, lightweight structure and light diffusion. Minor differences in texture, finish, layer visibility or colour tone may occur and are not automatically defects.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Laven may refuse, cancel or correct an order where legally permitted, including in cases of pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, incomplete information or product configuration problems.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods. Laven is not responsible for payment provider outages, bank delays or third-party payment decisions outside its reasonable control.
Installation and use
Products must be used indoors unless expressly stated otherwise and only with suitable LED bulbs within the stated technical limits. Electrical installation, ceiling mounting or wiring should be performed safely and by a qualified professional where appropriate.
No implied warranties beyond law
Except for mandatory legal rights, Laven makes no implied warranties of uninterrupted website availability, suitability for a specific room, compatibility with third-party fittings, commercial performance, aesthetic outcome or installation result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laven is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, installation costs, third-party modifications, improper use, incorrect installation, unsuitable bulbs or damage caused by customer handling.
Intellectual property
All Laven names, product copy, photographs, page designs, visual concepts, logos and website content are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
