Each Laven luminaire is prepared with care, protected for transport and shipped with tracking where available. Delivery dates are estimates unless Laven expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased directly from Laven through the official website or written order confirmation. It does not apply to purchases through third-party platforms unless Laven expressly states otherwise.
Products may be prepared in small batches. Processing and dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, order volume, payment verification, product configuration or carrier delays. A stated estimate is not a contractual delivery guarantee.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available for carrier delivery attempts. Failed deliveries, incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels may lead to additional costs.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact Laven without undue delay. Claims should include order details, product photos and packaging photos so the issue can be assessed.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, local duties, import procedures or carrier requirements may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these costs and procedures are the customer’s responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laven is not liable for indirect losses, missed installation appointments, loss of enjoyment, business interruption or third-party carrier delays. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
All Laven product names, photographs, website content, copy, layout elements, visual concepts and product presentation materials are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
Laven luminaires are manufactured using PLA and PETG, selected for lightweight structure, sculptural detail and warm light diffusion. Small colour, surface or texture variations can occur between material batches and production runs.
