Right of withdrawal
For eligible consumer purchases made online, Laven offers a 15-day return request window after delivery. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, including the EU 14-day right where applicable, remain unaffected.
How to request a return
Contact Laven at info@lavenstore.com before sending any product back. Include your order reference, product name and reason for contact. Laven will confirm return instructions.
Product condition
Returned products must be unused, complete, clean, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned with protective packaging and all included components, including cable, lamp parts and ceiling support if supplied.
Custom or configured products
Products manufactured, customised or configured specifically for a customer may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where applicable law allows. Laven relies only on exclusions permitted by law.
Material variation is not automatically a defect
Laven luminaires are manufactured using PLA and PETG. Minor variations in tone, surface texture, layer visibility or finish can occur between material batches and production runs. These minimal differences are part of the production process and do not automatically qualify as defects.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Laven will process any approved refund through the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Laven may withhold refund where permitted by law until the product is received or proof of return is supplied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laven is not liable for return shipping loss caused by inadequate packaging by the customer, incorrect return handling or third-party carrier issues. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property notice
All Laven product names, photographs, website content, copy, layout elements, visual concepts and product presentation materials are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
Protective summary
PLA and PETG allow sculptural geometry with lightweight structure. Small production variations are normal and should be understood before purchase.
